Warranty

Please review our Warranty policy. It is very important that the customer is educated in the policy that we offer on all of our systems.

Our systems all have a 30 day money back gurantee. The system or item purchased from us can be returned if the customer is not satisfied within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Any product returned to us will have a restocking fee of 15% with no exceptions unless waived by a Pyrodius Inc. representative. Any returned system or item must be returned with the original packaging and all parts related to the product (manual, disks, accessories, etc.). Our products include 1 year technical support. An RMA form can be filled out by logging in and clicking on "My Account" and then clicking on "Click here for an RMA form". Please make sure that the system or item that your order is in fact the product you would like to purchase. Any product that is found to be defective will be replaced with the same or similar product once the original has be returned to us. We will not be held responsible for any damages caused as a result of either internal or external equipment or components not purchased or installed by us. We will not be held accountable for damages to any components or loss of data inadvertently caused by the products, under normal or abnormal use, including those purchased from us or our website. We will not repair any product that who's serial number does not match the serial original with the product originally sold to the customer. No refunds will be given for systems returned with any custom work applied to it (paint jobs or any modifications, etc.). We will only be responsible for shipping products from us even if an RMA is necessary. We will only be responsible for shipping back to the customer. Our limited warranty does not cover damages or defects caused by: Shipping (other than related to the original shipment from Pyrodius Inc.), improper installation, misuse, modifications, unauthorized repair, adjustments, or excessive electrical power. Our warranty and the 30 day money back gurantee applies only to the systems and parts sold by us. These Terms may be revised by us at any time by updating this post.
